Eli brought his camera this time and took lots of pictures as we walked through the animal exhibits. After many trips to the museum, it can sometimes seem a little mundane to E, but bringing the camera added a new element to the morning. I envisioned a blog post "by Eli", complete with his own pictures until I went to upload the pictures from his camera and the ones from the museum are no where to be found. Not sure what happened to them, but he is quite sensitive about deleting photos he has taken....so we won't mention this to him. Shh!
It was a hot morning...but what summer morning isn't these days? The gator was keeping cool with mud on its head, but all the way on the shore. We don't see that happen often.

Maybe that is because it is so dry. This is usually FULL of water. Wow.
And each visit is usually capped off with time on the great playground. Jude loved the swings while Eli ran all over, tackling spiderwebs and dragons.
So glad to have such a great outdoor adventure spot in town.
